British Columbia reading - historical mysteries

Just for fun - today I'm recommending some mysteries which include British Columbia history.

Most of these authors have written other books you may like so explore the titles at your local library or bookstore.

Mysteries - all are set in BC

Stanley Evans – Outlaw Gold - about a 'pioneer' lawman in 1860s British Columbia.

Janice Kay Johnson - Winter of the  Raven - set in Queen Charlotte Islands, 1880s.

Sharon Rowse – The Silk Train Murder - a Vancouver, 1890s mystery.

Jim Christy – Nine O’Clock Gun - PI, 1945, Vancouver

Iona Wishaw – the newest* A Deceptive Devotion - set in a rural area near Nelson, BC, 1940s

Gwendolyn Southin - Death in a family way - a more recent Vancouver mystery, 1950s
